EDC Japan has announced the dates of their festival, now scheduled for April 29-30, 2017, at the ZOZO MARINE STADIUM & MAKUHARI BEACH PARK, 1 Mihama, Mihama-ku, Chiba-shi Chiba, Japan
April 29-30, 2017 is a weekend, and May 1 is a holiday, for local Japenese fans this is a very good time for a festival. Admission is at 10:00, the performance begins at 11:00. Japan’s basic performance will start early and end early in order to facilitate everybody who needs to catch the subway to go home afterwords; the Japanese taxi is one of the world’s most expensive.
The festival is at Japan’s Makuhari Beach Park. Travellers who need a plane ticket will buy one landing in Tokyo. There are two options for hotels. One can live in a hotel near Tokyo station, so they can take the Keiyo line direct to Kaihimmakuhari Station. Another can live in Tokyo Disneyland hotel; the price is more expensive, but for those who want to participate in the festival and visit Disney its very convenient. From Disney, take Keiyo line directly to the venue (Maihama Station) and (Kaihimmakuhari Station). From the venue, arrive at the Shin-Kiba Station which leads directly to Japan’s biggest Club, Ageha, it will be very convenient for the afterparty.
From what we can see published, this time there will be two stages: the main stage is at ZOZO MARINE STADIUM, and the second stage will be at Makuhari Beach Park area with a special setup close to the sea to import the famous circuitGROUNDS stage. The two stage areas are interlinked by a tent in Makuhari Beach Park.
Early bird tickets will go on sale December 9, Japan time 12:00 (Beijing time 11:00), until 18:00 on December 10. Sales are limited and will likely sell out. GA Early Bird 2-day tickets are priced at 20,000 yen, according to today’s exchange rate, about 1206 yuan, while the VIP 2 days ticket prices for 60,000 yen, or about 3617 yuan. VIP exclusive area has a dedicated channel and other official VIP content will be announced later. In addition, the festival is only open to those over 18, for VIP you cannot be less than 20 years old (Japan’s legal adult age).
Line Up Not released
